Refunds, Exchanges, or Store Credit


If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.


How do I start a return?

STEP 1: Email returns@cocolaat.com with your name, order number, product you want to return.  Please include which of these options you prefer:

  1. Full refund
  2. Exchange for the same item
  3. Exchange for a different item.  We will refund the difference for lower priced items, or bill the different for higher prices items
  4. Store credit for future purchase

STEP 2
We will let you know if you need to return the item.  Some food items that are heavily damaged will not require returns, and instead you can dispose of them in the garbage.  If we do require a return, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
No! Cocoläat will always pay for your return shipping. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label

Where do I bring the return?
If the return shipping label is US post office, you can leave it by your mailbox or give it to your daily USPS mail carrier. If the return label is Fedex, you can bring it to your nearest Fedex location or ask us to schedule a pickup at your location.


How long does it take to get my money back after you refunded me?

The time it takes will depend on your credit card company and bank. Usually 2-4 business days.
